IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
